How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping within Canada and the US usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take up to 14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and limited-edition collaborations are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I care for my Dime apparel?
To preserve the quality of our garments, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly over screen-printed graphics.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before completing your purchase.
