Returns & Exchanges

Dime MTL offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that all sale items and collaboration releases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to initiate a request and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
